Before things went all to hell |
I just watch Fahrenheit 9/11 a Michael Moore film about a dark look into the George W. Bush tides to Middle east connection (i call it). This was a good doc it got into deep look at George W. The beginning of the Doc it showed you how the miss counting blacks votes cost Al Gore the election. Bush's first day in office. How the country was egging his motor cage. Then it shows Bush playing golf instead of following up on the treats and warning the terrorist warn a month before September 11 2001 attack on the World Trade Centre. Then it show how George cover his terrorist buddies by giving their families access to planes out of US when everybody else was grounded and how he turn on us people of the world and made us look like terrorist pass some laws and let the people that bomb us profit on stocks invested in our defence contacts they already had before 9/11. This doc is good for anyone who has lost fate in governments. It make you think about what is really going on before 9/11 and after it. I thought it was great that Michael more did not show the towers falling rather he kept the screen black. Its was a great us of sound the stock footage was prefect and there was no shaking of the camera.
60 minutes Tucson: Descent into Madness
A soon to be 60 min classic. This T.V. doc took another look in a trouble U.S. civilian gone mad and turning on his fellow man. However this doc revial that socity somehow play a role in the fire starter that get what they call assission on their path to darkness. The doc also spoke that once the killer killed their target. The killer was suck with regret and don't feel great after they had taken out the tasks. 60 mins. also interview the close friends of the crowd trouble person name Jared Loughnen even his friend said that Jared wanted this to happen because we as the media would profile it on T.V. in our blogs on Youtube Facebook and all over the net. In away by me writing this blog the son of a bitch Jared is getting what is has been wanted all his life attention.
In this handout provided by the Pima County Sheriff's Forensic Unit, Jared Lee Loughner poses for a photo. (Getty Images)

16:9 Dark look on the use of cell behind the wheel. This was dark look at the sad stories of canadians who are now people who lost a love one to handheld devises. First story was a women from Peel Region who's mother was killed by a bus driver who was on the phone and did not see the elderly woman crossing the road. Then 16:9 prove to the audience through by using video game simulator and grabbing they first put people who believe they are good driver all three drivers failed by hitting a objected in the simulator. Then they used a professional race car driver and the professional race car driver hit objects in the video game simulator. 16:9 also pointed out that its not just cell phones that have that problem. Ipods and other mp4 devises can just be dangerous as talking on the cell phone. In the end its better to put away the handheld devises and use them when operating an
automobile.http://www.globalnews.ca/programs/16x9/video.html
16:9 also shown how easy it was to steal peoples ID from them without pick pocketing them. Using the so call RFID. RFID stand for Radio Frequency Identification which is used in your bank card and the new driver licence. Before it was using in homeland defence thanks to 911 as away for the board patrol to read people ld before they reached the border. The problem now people are buying these devises and using them to steal people information. The RFID card reader are cheap and easy buy online. The crook does not have to engage in the person he/she wants to steal the info from. What even more scary, the person can steal your drivers information up to 15 feet away. This new information is scary. The public information is now easy access from from the figure tips of hackers and government agents. Now me personally I don't like Big brother following me. But worse I hate crooks who steal so I was really touch by this news report. After finding out this findings I called my bank could you believe that they still believe that the bank cards are safe. Leave me with the question How safe if my ID. I feel like withdrawing all my money and bury it in my backyard. Sure its sounds stupid but a lease I would know where it was. laugh out loud.

Look Up in the sky: story of superman
This a story of the beginning of superhero created by two Jewish boys who lived in Cleveland, Ohio. Jerry was the writer and Joe was the artist. At first they decided to make a super hero who could read peoples minds and then he takes over the world. Then Jerry and Joe decided to change the super hero who still had great power but he would be a helper not a ruler. Then superman would appear in newspapers comic strips. Then Detective Comic started up Superman on Action Comics sold the first Superman issue that costed 10 cents. He did not fly he more like jumped really high. The name of the news paper in the comic was called the star and then it was change to the The Daily Planet. By 1935 Super Man and Mikey mouse were the most poplar icons in the world. Selling Twenty million Action Comic a week. Then Super Man writers starting adopt idea that Superman was a fighter and he takes on real issues. So SuperMan battle depression example bad land lords fighting evil super powers like crooks and broken building. There is a issue where superman even took on the KKK. Then after 3 years Superman made it on big screen called cereals of 15 shows where Lois Lane was introduce. Then Super Man got an Oscar. Then the radio show. Then the Cartoons of the super hero boosted the hero and for the first time the audience seen the character fly. All colours and races of the world loved Super Man. Then War World II came around and the Nazi came in and crash everybody hopes. So the comic book writers started making SuperMan fight over sea like the troops. Then they made Super Man more powerful than an atom bomb. Then the comic put a face to Super Man Kurk Allen serious live action TV serious. Where they animated the superman whenever the character flew. Then they made a motion picture call Superman Vs mole men. This movie little green men came down to earth. People of the town wanted to destroy the mole men.however Superman point out to the town people that they should not kill the mole men because they were different. Hollywood had a real life action hero played by George Reeves and then made TV serious after the movie. However George got type casted and the only other work besides SuperMan was playing Superman on the I love Lucy show. Then George decided that he was going to take on directing role on the show and get more behind the scenes. Then one day the actor was found dead. First reports he was murder at the age of 45 then the story was quickly change to he jumped out the window. Whatever happen there was no prints on the gun and up to this day it is an unsolved case in Hollywood. This was another blow for comic and the TV show people lost hope in the characters. So again the writers try to make Superman powerful with new hero like John F. Kennedy in the comic book. However those dream shatter when JFK was killed in Dallas TX. Then by 1975 Alex Maric got 40 million dollars and he wanted to make a motion picture that would have two movies shot at the same time. First Superman gross over 300 million even up to second was 150 million and the third one 100 million then the 4th bombed. Then by 1995 Chris Reeves was paralyzed riding a horse. However he was the only superman that made people believe a man could fly and even though after 9 years he died he showed courage and sprite was all the hope the world needed. Then in 2001 one month before Smallville was September 11 happen and this was fire the world need superman again. Bryan Singer made a new superman and the comic book showed the world what it would be like if superman was killed. Even music had 4 number 1 song all about superman. Then Superman was back on the screen again. In the end i really love this doc. Because no matter how bad the world gets superman's writer of the comic have stay true to keep what superman stands for alive new world hope.

The doc that I watch today was James Bond:True Story. The story uncovers the Ian Fleming( the writer of the 12 bond novels). Fleming, was a Naval Intelligence Officer and he lived in Jamaica and wrote a series of books that would lunch the beginningof the Bond empire of films. The question a rise in the doc was bond a made up characteror was he a real action hero.
It was February 17th 1952, when Ian Fleming started writing the bond. When asked why
he wanted to write a spy story to end all spy stories. The main character of the spy story
would be admired and love by millions James Bond. Ian Fleming would right novels and
fill them with adventure , sex and violence.
Bond even had big shots like John F Kennedy who was a die hard fan of the famous
collection of Bond books "From Russia with Love". Its had said that the
Bond books were sold in the 100s of millions. After 9 years of Ian writing. Then
they started filming series 1961. The doc started to revival the or gin
of Bond. Like in the story Bond has a woman who is killed in Casino Royal. In real
life it was Ian Fleming had a girl friend who served in the war and was killed in the war. Most of the weapons and gadgets that were in Bond films were inspired from weapons in real life. And
Yes after Ian Fleming lost his girlfriend he just have lady friend so in away Bond was 95 percent
Ian Fleming the rest was everybody who fight in the war. In the end Bond character was Ian's escape
from a hard work at the office although all of the stories

Attentions, to all doc follows! I just watched a doc called Hollywood and the War Machine. A dark look into the Americans Military and its relationship with Hollywood. Although America has always fought for peace. The have done it in War. They use the Military as a way to spread peace throughout the world, when really the Military just spreading pain through the war and worse they use Hollywood to promote this war. The doc also had big movie directors such as Oliver Stone and Michael. Were among the guest. Moore to bring to light what the Military was doing in Hollywood. They accuse the Military of favouring movies that did show the Military as 1. Good, always winning wars and never showing the Military in an negatives manner. Any movie that did show negative manners were dined funding. Such was the case with Platoon, and Full Melt Jacket. Both films showed the a US troop killing civilians and killing other US troop Platoon leaders. Now if I owned a company I would want the people working for me to say good things about me. But the Military is own by the America people. So their taxpaying dollars should grant them the right to know the truth these movies offered. However the Military did not want that. And worse the Military also went against the 1 amendment the freedom of speech that every person like film directors. The right to tell how the event occur and any truth behind the events. Movies like Hurtlocker and Blackhawkdown. Show war
and killing the American way. They both won awards for their positive look on the US Army. In the end people like Michael Moore who was boo off stage at the Academy Awards in 2003 for calling the war a feud.Because people believe thanks to the Military influences on Hollywood as the right thing to do. The good news is later his doc FAHRENHEIT 9/11 would gross over a billion dollars worldwide in DVDs sales. Finally the truth is making a profit. But all jokes aside. The Military control what you see in any movies that require their weapons. But is that fare to us and our values. That why I recommend anyone who has be blinded what Michael Moore as "War porn"

Energy Drinks
Once energy drinks use to give you wings now studies are showing it might put you in the ER. This is because all the dose on the products my be higher than what is shown on the labels. To add to it could also be grass root marketing could be the reason why energy drinks could be in the hand of children. Free handout of energy drinks at high school and hockey games. There should be age limit. Maybe they should be band like they were before. Red Bull made its impact in the late 90s but was banned in England. Maybe the Brits were on to something by not letting that energy in that country. To add insult to injury even though energy drinks are not for kids. Some cans have cartoon logos on their products. Energy drinks are being held a counted for high blood pressure stokes and two deaths in North America. The reason maybe also because Energy drink company extract caff. from different source and experts say they haven't research what happens when we blend all these caff. and how much effect does it have on our heart. I think we all need to lay off monster energy drinks. More bad news pop and bottle juices. A studies also found just one can of this product can rise your blood pressure. Well I thinks its time we go back to the basics 4 cups of water a day.

"guns kills people"
On April 20 1999 two trouble teens walked into a Columbine high school wearing long black jackets and proceed to open fire on students, killing a dozen students and wounding many more. Many religious groups blame the music they were listening to. Others blame guns laws of in US and their right to bare arms. Maybe it could have been a combination of media coverage and the fact that day the US had bombed a building that was suppose to be a bomb making factory, but later was reveal to be a factory that produce headache pills. Whatever the case was before the two boys went through with the slaughters, the two boys went bowling. Most students said the two boys were outcasted, and were bully at the school. Could this be a act of revenge. Or maybe fear of rejection lead these boys to lose it and killed. Whatever the case was NRA visited Columbine after the shooting. Could this be the NRA was using the fact that the school was shot up to sell more guns to trouble and at the time scared parents. Could this event have been avoided if someone had listen to these trouble teens. Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine is an epic doc that looks into US love affair with the gun. Media scare tactics to make people lock their doors and be afraid of their neighbours and the root into why people buy guns for protection. Sad thing is the two boys took their parent's guns and bought bullets from the local K mart. Could it be that maybe hand gun's bullets are too easy access over the counter. Or maybe because the rouge Governments way they treat the poor lead people to snap and grab guns and shoot up the innocent. In the end Michael Moore pointed out that the NRA has to take responsibilities because they are the ones who produce these guns. And lets face it a Tec- nine hand gun is not use for killing deer. That weapon was made to kill humans. And although crime rate in the US was going down, media coverage of crimes had went up. Whatever the case is the facts show there are more people killed by guns in the US than any other country. Its really hard to say if the US will ever give up their right to bare arms in order to save the one thing they value and probably the one reason they buy guns in the first place. To protect their children. There was a lot of good stock coverage. Didn't like the fact they change the camera half way through the doc. Trust me look at the doc again. And there was a bad steady cam interview. There should have been more interviews on a tri-pod. I still give this doc 5 out 5 for good coverage and great us of stock footage and I love the animation part in the move.
"Afghanistan Drugs, Guns and money"is a doc that was narrated by Colin Friels and produce by Chris Hilton. The film is a look into the farmers of Heroin, UN drug task force team and poor families who sneek across borders of heroin to Russia and other countries in order to make a living to freed their families. There was a lot of good framing done in this doc. And great use of camera angles. There was wide shots to open a scene an example, is intro to a village. Then they would go into Medium shot of the subject. I also like the coverage and many shots of the UN drug taskforce driving across the Afghanistan dirt road. The serious witness protection interview where the person face is not lit at all. So the border guard could tell the viewer her role into bring the heroin across the border. For a 2002 doc it has a beautiful HD look to it. And it didn't have the Afghanistan war look to it. As shown on news. From my point of view. The shots did not make Afghanistan look like a bad country rather the opposite. Fill with many beautiful landscape, mountain tops with white snow on top. Sometimes news doesn't do much favour to the country when a war take place.Although the doc points out because of 9/11 the production of heroin has increase. Because there is no work in normal jobs people grow and traffic heroin. Its nice to hear a solution to this problem. Give people more money into for there country for jobs and people. Then people won't traffic heroin anymore. I give this movie 4 out of 5 stars for being shot really well and having a good story add to it.
16 by 9 the look into s.a.r.s. patients after the outbreak was over. Five years later what happen to the sars patients. First and for most, there are many things I liked about this doc. First they put the guest in a studio and do many different angles on them. They most have a jib doing the intro shots. The b role was also good. The scene where they slow down the shutter speed when the show scene in the hospital were great. However showing the 16 by 9 logo kinda got annoying but i guess its useful in branding the show.
The other story was in depth look into Arianna Huffington she is the founder of the Huffington post a site that lets blogger write blogs. The site has more blogger than most site. So many bloggers, that AOL wants to buy the site for 300 million dollars. But some say that Arianna should pay the blogger for their blogs because thats fair. People still don't care about the money they just like the fact that many are viewing their blogs. Now this story had a lot stock footages, pictures however no in-dept interview on Arianna. I feel 16 by 9 should have grilled her more about the free labour blogs that are on her site. BECAUSE isn't that what this show is about? Also Shots could have been better. 3 out of 5 stars in the Arianna Huffington story. Well thats all she wrote tune in soon for another blog Im Deryck De Gale keep blogging

I like this doc however do you agree because it is in the nature for a man to be heard he has to kill. It really suck that all the way you can to be heard why does it have to be a gun
ReplyDeleteI love the story on 16:9 on cell and other handheld devises. I believe people should watch that TV doc and then go driving after i bet they would never talk on the cell phone again while driving
ReplyDeleteThe comments are okay, though you are reacting to content rather than questioning and criticizing which would be more useful. There are so many errors in grammar and spelling that it is essential that you proof read these things very carefully and get someone else to proof them too before you post.

I like how there is a closing to this murder. but me personal would not mess with the CIA this are the last group who like to give away their secrets. Watch your back Eric Olson
ReplyDeleteLook up in the sky bio of Superman that was great best time well spent
ReplyDeleteOn your second set of postings, your use of English is very poor. You must do something about this. I would recommend an English tutor.
ReplyDeleteAlso, you don't mention the name of the docs that you saw. More importantly practically all of the writing is simply telling what you saw. What's the point if you don't at least question what you see? If you like it explain in detail why it's good bad or whatever.
2/3.75
Guns will always hurt the people until we stop making them.
ReplyDeleteThere is a slight improvement in your analysis but not much in your use of language. Also, put more effort into use of other materials such as video, and more links.
